The Perfect Chai (one cup per serving):
1. Place one heaped teaspoon of tea into a pot of boiling water.
2. Add cardamom if desired.
3. Brew for three minutes or longer if a strong taste is required.
4. Add milk (evaporated or fresh) till tea becomes a creamy brown color.
5. Add sugar if desired.
6. Steep into a cup and enjoy!
