We are proud and honored to have partnered up with a small farm in South Assam, India that has been certified by the Rain Forest Alliance. This enables us to grow our own tea leaves and, with the right process, we are able to remove the caffeine from it.
This blend offers a deep amber liquor that exudes a distinct aroma, reminiscent of freshly baked biscuits and earthy undertones. The robust flavor profile is characterized by a smooth, malty sweetness that envelopes your taste buds, providing a comforting and satisfying experience. Despite being decaffeinated, this blend maintains its full-bodied nature and doesn't compromise on taste.
The Perfect Chai (one cup per serving):
1. Place one heaped teaspoon of tea into a pot of boiling water.
2. Brew for three minutes or longer if a strong taste is required.
3. Add milk (evaporated or fresh) till tea becomes a creamy brown color.
4. Add sugar if desired.
5. Steep into a cup and enjoy!
